I haven't received my shipment?

Once the carrier has possession of your package, it is out of our hands and control. If your package has been lost or delayed at the hands of the post office, we do recommend reaching out to your local carrier (we use the service of UPS or USPS) or going to the carrier website to open a claim. 90% of the time the postal service is able to track down your package. We cannot step in until a claim has been filed but will then be happy to help!

If the tracking shows In Transit and stops updating for more than 15 days, we'll consider the shipment as lost and start the replacement process.

Also be aware that it is customer's responsibility to pay for the reshipping cost & processing fee from the print provider aka the sender if your package is returned to the sender for any reason. Please provide a safe and valid shipping address upon checkout.
