We kindly ask you to check with your family and your neighbors and see if they might have received the parcel on your behalf.
Also check with the local post office as they are responsible for the final delivery and can provide further information about GPS coordinates of the delivery scan.
If the package still cannot be located, it may have been stolen, we can handle the theft report with the carrier, but we will need a copy of a police report from your local department.
Upon receipt of that, we'll be able to help you and get a replacement sent out.
